The product has yet to be used. So my rating is solely based upon the poor decision the seller chose to make. I have 2 others that I plan to use in June 2021. When they came in I was so excited that I decided to order 1 more. I believe the craftsmanship is fine, however the 2nd order was beyond disappointing. It is very clear that it was a returned item. Upon arrival the pieces were not protected because you could hear and feel the pieces rattling around in the box. The 2nd indicator was that the box was re-taped over the original taping with blue tape as well as the packing slip ripped open and nothing in it. Once opened it was very clear that my premonitions were right; no packing foam at all, the plastic bags for the pans were ripped opened, the dish was dented in some areas, fingerprints everywhere, no screws to attach the handle and so forth. It's just unbelievable that the seller took no pride in the product they were offering to not even take the time to see how the merchandise was returned back to them before handing it off to another. Needless to say , this will be returned asap. It's not okay to think that this is how you should do business and treat a paying customer. I paid full price and expected a full quality product.

Looks beautiful but not look gold

Love it. I got 3 for a large party. They look good and are sturdy. Would buy again if needed.

Nice value, happy with purchase. Not sure how long they will hold up if used often but works for occasional use.
