This is one very handy bidet, also very useful. I bought this to use when I bathe our dogs. Works terrific. Should have bought this years ago. Makes rinsing out the shampoo seem like a breeze.

It Leaks !!!!
It leaks. so it is not functional!!! The part is defective. It does not worth to process the exchange. Could I get a refund?

the picture and description show and indicate a volume control. The box when shipped also indicate a hand shower with volume control. There is, however, no volume control included.
