Good fit
This is a welcome relief when I wake up in the mornings with back pain. I pop this on for an hour before I go to work. I also wear it (sometimes) when weight training at the gym. I feel that it's losing some elasticity though and the wires supports are bending slightly despite this being true to size. I'm not overweight, I just have a couple of inches to lose around my belly, but if this is a battle between the belt and my belly, then, my belly is slightly ahead.

Waist trainer belt
The belt is ok. I don’t think it’s a waist trainer, as I’ve been using it for a while, but don’t see any difference. My daughter wears it when her back hurts

Money well spent
This belt is good, there is movement when you got it on. The back things do hurt a little but it’s manageable.

Really works ! Very comfortable
However I have noticed if I wear it with some clothes like cotton this gets destroyed

Only just bought this after reading the reviews, currently wearing it between 4-6 hours a day and I feel comfortable with it on under my clothes.

Pretty good!
Bought this for both weight loss and back pain. So far has really helped with my posture and forcing me to sit upright, not hunching my back all the time. Feels really sturdy and hides nicely under some baggier clothing. Can’t wait to try it out when exercising.
