I bought this ALAVENTE roof rack for my CR-V and was really impressed with how easy it was to install. It only took about 20 minutes, and everything lined up perfectly. It fits so well that it honestly looks like it came directly from Honda.The materials feel solid and well-made, and the black finish blends in great with the car. I’ve driven at highway speeds with it installed, and there’s no rattling or noticeable wind noise.For the price, this is a great value. If you want something that installs easily and looks factory-made, I highly recommend it.

Fits my 2025 Honda Crv hybrid. Easy to put together, recommend put blanket on roof to ensure you don't scratch the roof. Tip: tighten screws for upper rail prior to tightening to the car. Major pain to try and tighten once installed. I haven't figured out how to install the inside cover without scratching the paint. These are very solid racks..

After the installation, it looks good. As one review stated you need shorter screws. I took a trip to a local hardware store and bought 12 -metric size 6 x 20 mm screws. Additional money that needed to be spent because the screws that it came with is about 1/4 inch to long. Caps are a bit difficult to snap back on and I would suggest gluing them down. May pop off if you go through a car wash. I like the fact that it doesn’t have a huge curve like the OEM. There was another CRV parked across the street.( see photo). Installing was just a little difficult, had to manipulate the rack to have it fit correctly.

Directions were a joke. You need a tool we had to go get. The covers that should snap over you drill in the three screws do not DO NOT go back on, no matter how many of us tried. I’m amazed no one mentioned in reviews but then I didn’t research much. Once we put so much effort in youre not likely to return so I’ll probably jb-weld the dang covers on. So frustrated. You do need the covers bc of harsh weather sun/snow… and if you ever want to unscrew screws they protect them from degrading. Frustrated. Also, do the whole thing mock up first on driveway bc the rods bow if not facing “up” and you wanna know what’s left right etc… directions were 3 or 4 images and zero info that was useful. Not a quality product.

I was expecting an easy installation. Sadly the unit I received had to be modified in order for it to fit my 2012 Honda CR-V. Because of my mechanical background I was able to make this work. It did add to the installation time roughly an extra hour. If you're not mechanically inclined I would avoid this product. One other negative is this product whistles as you're driving down the road. I'll probably remove it after my move to Florida from Michigan.

This is well made and fit perfect on my 2015 Honda CRV. They also look very nice. I noticed some review mentioned the lack of instruction but it pretty self explanatory, not much needing to know on how to install. Very simple. I would recommend this product and I wish I would have bought it sooner. Great value for the price.
