Planning, Protection and Optimization ITIL V3 Intermediate Capability Handbook

This PPO pocket guide is great, but is NOT the most current version of what is being taught now in ITIL capability training. Based on a review from my instructor, this is still 98% accurate though.I have found it super helpful, but I have not taken the certifcation exam yet...so we will see ;)

Book was the smaller hand sized version, I was expecting the full size book; however, I am pleased with this book and have not returned. I have access to the larger one if needed for more than reference material. I would buy from this seller again.

Expected it to be a Handbook, Its a good pocket size quick reference.

Ces guides sont pratiques pour retrouver une information. Dommage ils sont en version 2007 et pas encore mis à jour en version 2011. Ces guides sont donc inutiles dans le cadre d'une révision pour les certifications qui sont maintenant en 2011.

I recommend the book as I have used the book and passed my PPO exams at a sitting. Very good
