I'm disappointed that no form of instructions came with the battery. I hope it will function correctly as this is my first experience with this type of item. By the way, the box it was in had so many misspelled words I could not believe it.

This is one of the best items I had purchased from Amazon. It comes with some charge already, so if you have an emergency (like I did), you can use it right straight from the package and it will work! I would by it again and recommend it to everyone!!

Have not tried it but noticed it does not include an end to charge my iPhone 5. That should be specified in the description. I can still use it with my own cord, but it would be nice if the multi device head included the iPhone 5 end.

These will only charge the phone 2 times, which means they are not what they are said to be. They should charge 5 to 6 times if they were truly 20,000mah.

This battery appears to work. However, there were absolutely NO instructions with it that told how to charge it, how to turn it on and off, or what the series of blinking blue...
