Is this set European size?

I am not sure what European size is even though I have been to Europe. I can tell you it is high quality heavy stainless steel. I have had it over 6 months and it still looks like new.

I’m really needing to know if anyone experienced rusting?

I have had my set for about three or four months and have seen no rusting. I love my set.

where is this item made ?

Not sure. Didn't keep the box. I am impressed by the quality; good weight, detail.

I’ve never seen Oneida flatware rust. It’s stainless steel.
