Wonderful piece of equipment!
I've owned this wonderful device for a tad more than three months, and I love it!It's a spectacular little exercise machine! The problem I had before was pure logistics: my living room didn't have room for the bike or treadmill. This little elliptical fits perfectly, and can be easily arranged in a corner after use. The important thing to remember is that, as a result, I... USE it. It's been a key part of my daily exercise routine since I've owned it, and I'd recommend it 1,000% to anyone else!I'm a former professional baseball player (pitcher) and my knees are really bad now. I use this little elliptical sitting down in order to minimize the impact to my knees, and it's just what the doctor ordered! While pedaling, I lift weights, or juggle with weighted balls (18-20 ounces) to make the machine into a true "elliptical," and involve my upper-body.Even better, I was able to use HSA money to purchase it! However, the price was STILL extremely reasonable!Simple setup, simpler operation, and the app is really easy to use. I have a few TINY quibbles with the app. For example, they could allow you to increase your time/distance goal mid-exercise, and the reports are not all that easy to read. No problem! I track my activities and progress in Excel anyway. Still... it would be easier for the less computer-savvy if the reports were a tad easier to read. The manufacturer bills the elliptical as quiet, that assessment is accurate. It's VERY quiet! In three months of use, it's never been louder than a faucet with a medium-strength stream of water coming from it.Proof is, indeed, in the pudding... I'm SIGNIFICANTLY stronger, have greater stamina, and my general feeling of well-being is skyrocketing, largely thanks to this nifty little piece of exercise equipment. What a GREAT find!Great, great little machine!

I recently purchased this under desk elliptical machine and I am enjoying it. The things I like most is that the assembly instructions were easy to follow. Took me about 20 minutes to put it together. Also, when I downloaded the app, getting logged in for use was quick and easy. Tracking my progress while exercising is great. I especially like not having to have separate pieces of equipment that would have to attach to or plug into the machine to track exercise progress. All data easily sync to app without any cords or wires. Another thing I like about this equipment, is the all in one way I can just sit my chair into the holder to keep the chair from rolling back.Prior to purchasing this product, I had tried a different product from a different vendor and did not like the extremely long velcro that had to be attached from the chair to the equipment to keep the chair from rolling. I also tripped on several occasions, so that didn't work out. So I am really glad to have found this product. In regard to the make of the equipment, I like how sturdy it feels, even when moving it around. I am not worried about breaking anything. When using the machine, it is completely smooth and quiet. No rocking or tilting. Nice and balanced when peddling. I really appreciate the wide pedals versus the magnetic weight pedals some of the other machines use. Those are not comfortable and very clunky when trying to get your feet in to get started. When using the other vendor's product, I had to keep bending down to hold the pedal in order to put my feet in the holsters. So I really appreciate I do not have to do any of that with this product. Just place my feet and start peddling. Simple and easy!.I highly recommend this product!

Great product for busy people.
Instructions and equipment was well labeled for assembly. Works well under my desk. Silent (using on rug). Can easily use while working on my computer.

Missing Parts eventually replaced
I carefully unpacked everything, read the assembly instructions and compared the parts to the drawings. For what ever reason I have two (clearly marked) left pedals and no right pedal.I've (just now) sent email to the customer service address listed in the instruction/assembly booklet, where they promise a response "in 2 business days". Hopefully they will respond sooner than that. My order history informs me the return window ends March 11. If I don't have the replacement parts by then, I'm going to have to return it.I'll update the review once I have the parts and can actually use the device.UPDATE: It took a few iterations and some slow responses, but eventually the correct part arrived and I was able to assemble the device and use it.Using the device was a series of small problems (my issues not the device). I have longish legs and when placed under the desk and I start to peddle my knees would hit the underside of the desk. Took a while to find a good solution, but eventually was able to raise the desk enough that I had clearance. At that point I was able to use it and it works pretty well, very comfortable idling peddling while working or playing games.Unfortunately the feature that made me choose this one over competing product is the chair hook. Which both works and does not. Once you get the chair wheel in the hook it holds well and there is no problem. Getting chair wheel in the hook can be a struggle. The metal plate that holds the hook obviously need to be strong, which means it is thick - too thick to just roll the wheel onto the plate. I have to lift the chair and place it in on the plate to get it into the hook. Since I have long legs, the device is pushed way under the desk and when the chair is in the hook, there is very little clearance so getting in and out of the chair is very difficult. The hook position is adjustable, but once you are sitting there is too much weight to allow it to move, you have to position it correctly before you place and sit in the chair. The chair position hassles were enough that I wasn't using it casually, only when I specifically 'decided' to use it. I came up with an alternate way of keeping the chair from rolling away, and now when I'm at the computer, peddling is 'mindless' , my feet bump into the pedals and I just start going. Only been a couple of days, but it feels good and I am very happy I found this.
