Love these! Such a joy to work with. So versatile. Quite soft, but can’t give five star for softness as there are other softer yarns round. Soft enough to make babies jumpers and hat with though! Washes well. Doesn’t split in strands easily when worked with. Used it for both crocheting and knitting, already purchased a few times and go back to them as stable affordable super good value universal yarn.

I love this wool, it's never knotted or in pieces and it's so soft. The colours are fantastic and washed fantastic. I make patchwork throws with it and the different colours have never run into each other. Even if you buy lots of balls you only pay one deliver charge so it works out such good value for money.

These yarns are excellent quality. Beautiful vibrant colours. I'm quite a novice at crocheting so the quality of these yarns make my blankets look good quality. Plus as blankets they are very soft and warm to snuggle up with. My friends dogs also love them and so do our four very fussy cats which shows proof of the quality of the wool. The service and further follow up service to make sure yr happy with yr purchase is rare today but shows excellent caring service. This is good quality wool at a very reasonable price. I use it for crocheting blankets and it works very well.It is slightly thicker than some other DK wool that I have bought but only slightly.Love the colour too.

One small criticism: sometimes it's difficult to get an accurate idea of the colour from the photographs.For example, the "blue smoke" double knit looks very greyish in the picture, but is actually more of a deep sky blue.However, that's a fairly trivial point. The prices are great, delivery was very quick, and the wool itself is soft and easy to knit with.Overall, very happy.

I asked the wife to knit me a new jumper and told her what colour I’d like. Having rejected wool from a shop due to the price, she decided to try this from Amazon. I couldn’t say how it was to knit with, however I can confirm that the finished jumper is soft and warm, so from my perspective, it’s excellent value for money.

Very nice basic knitting yarn. All Acrylic.I bought this 5 ball pack after using just one ball for a Rabbit I was knitting.I make soft toys and dolls and constantly looking for decent , low cost yarnsThis is better knitted on metal needles rather than wood or bamboo since the yarn feels a little dry to knit with, but once knitted up, the fabric feels soft enough and smooth.Ideal for toys or clothes for older children.I would buy this againGood Value and Recommended
