Awesome - Awesome - Awesome! I do hot yoga sculpt 7 days/week. I have never tried dry brushing and thought it was just a fad. NOT SO!! It really does get the blood flowing, smooths the skin, exfoliates and if you follow the instructions that Deb and Claudia include in the package, it is really effective. I dry brush each night about 6pm before I shower (after hot yoga). It also makes you sleep better and it is now an every day routine for me. It also is going to be Christmas gifts for family members this year! The price-point is awesome too!

AMAZING
I was very skeptical about dry brushing...but at 57 my skin is so dry. I have only used it for three days....but WOW! My legs and arms do not look dry AT ALL! I have used it every day before my shower. I then use the gloves every other day in the shower. I use the small sponge to clean my face. I would HIGHLY recommend this product if you have dry skin. I was shocked to see such a difference already...just three days. I don't usually write reviews...but I really had to for this product. AMAZING!

Great results!
Quality brush. I really like the brush and have noticed a difference in the appearance of my skin in just a week. I rated it a four only because of the discomfort along the shin with the massaging nubbies. I bought a bristle only brush for the shins.

First time using a dry brush. It was a little harder than I expected but I just end up wetting it now before I use. I would purchase again.

Sometimes the hardest person to care for is ones self. While looking at ways to do this and promote my general health - I came across the art of dry brushing and am happy I did! Only a few weeks into it, it is a lovely almost meditative practice waking up my body and relaxing it.
