After one year update: This is the only thing helps my dog sleep through the night comfortably without waking up hot. The design flaws are tolerable such as the caps will be closed when turned over. I got a big syringe to inject water in instead of the bottles that are too stiff to use. I bought another one of these pads but bigger and from a different supplier since this one isn't available anymore.9/13 updated: I got two of these for my shepherd. At the beginning (first two nights) it worked well, the 3rd night my shepherd started panting mid of the night again. The 36hr duration is really hard to tell because we don't use it consistently 24*7. We only turn it on at night when we're sleeping. I basically can't tell when I need to add more water. One week after it passed the return window, the caps of the water filling holes wouldn't close anymore. I sent email to the supplier asking for suggestions, there is no response. The cords of the pads seem really durable. However, it tangles like crazy and the way the water to be filled (turned over and back), it guaranteed the cords will just keep tangling and it's very hard to untangle this kind of cords. It's very frustrating. Originally I planned to buy a size Large one because when I bought these, the large wasn't available yet. I need to reconsider if I will due to the quality and the poor support.Original Review: My shepherd loves this pad so much. She layed immediately on them after I put them on her bed. After evening play, I had her lay on it and she didn't pant a bit. She usually will pant like crazy. She slept through the night without waking up panting with room temperature at 76. We used to keep the A/C on for her at 74F when she still wakes up panting. I'm so excited to find this product. It's so well priced for the quality and function. I can't wait to get the Large one in Aug. when it's out.

I bought this for my frenchie to help cool him during the summer. To start with, he didn't want anything to do with it even after multiple attempts to introduce him to it. As I let it run for a while I noticed that the tile was cooler than the pad. It was worth a shot but in the end it didn't do much to help keep my puppers cool.

My Golden loved the pad. when you noticing how quickly this pad got cool and how hot it was outside, it was the great pad for pets in the super hot summer. That is a super cool product with Physical water cooling principle. It can work for up to 36 hours after being filled with water. That is a great great great design for pets. Awesome at a rapid cool down. But beware, M size is not enough for the big dog. Unfortunately, they don't have any larger size right now. Cause it is too small for my Golden, that is not enough for her. However, the funny thing is even the cooling pad is not big enough for her and she resisted at first, but few minutes later she try to lay on it then she feel enjoyable on it. Super super super recommend this amazing product for pets in summer.

As the weather outside felt like 100 degrees, this cooling pad became my dog's favorite as soon as it started working. I was surprised how easy to put it to work, and the cooling effect lasted more than one day straight! This cooling pad is the best thing for my dog to spend the hot summer with!

First unit received did not work. The fan did not turn on. Ordered a replacement. Hopefully the second one works.Received the replacement and it seems to function properly.

Very good product! My dog loves it during these hot summer days, specially after playing around. Will definitely purchase more products from this seller in the future.

Cooling down very well. The pad surfaces is made by something that Dog can’t destroy it easily. Even I felt comfortable when sitting on it.
