Just like Chocolate!
Chocolate has caffeine, to which some people are sensitive. Carob has NO caffeine! The flavor is just like chocolate. I’ve used it to make coco, chocolate sauce and brownies. Definitely a buy if you need caffeine free but love the taste of chocolate!

Package came opened
Powder burst all over all three bags and the bag itself was opened. And there's no open for a return or a refund. I love Chattfields Carob, but the seller did not package this well.
