I have punch bag and speed ball in my basement, whenever I want to workout, I have to go down stairs, but this reflex ball can be used anywhere; initially you need to practice a little bit, there are a lot of video on youtube, once you mastered the skill, you will love it.the product quality is also nice, it comes with 2 balls (heavy one and light one), the elastic string cord is quite strong also.

DOES NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS OR NAME OF PRODUCT
It's a Christmas gift so this will be revised after use. It's for my 17 yr old son but it came in an unmarked box with no instructions or product information. I copied and pasted the information I found about the product so he'll have at least something to refer to when he sees it. Looking at it is very confusing.
