I love the protector. But the first i.ordered came In shattered. Amazon sent me a replacement. I then threw out the old broken one. Then amazon charged me for both since I couldnt send the other back. In short keep the broken one if it comes in broken.Good screen protector thoughI will buy again

Bait and switch?
Ordered Gadget guard black ice plus. Did not receive plus product. Plus has warranty. The product I received was basic not plus and does not have a screen warranty

Avoid this, it's a waste of money.
I bought this for 30 bucks at AT$T with my new S10e and the guy there installed it for me. Within a week the protector had a large chip in the top edge and lines cracks running throughout. I never dropped the phone, and I don't recall ramming my pocket into anything, but it was spider-webbed as if I hit it with a hammer. So I paid 8 bucks for shipping a replacement, which I've just installed.There's a few glaring things I'm noticing right now:- Bubbles all around the front camera; it can't seal properly due to a slight indent there apparently- A thin, horizontal line running the width of the screen protector about two-thirds from the top- The black rim actually cuts off some of the screen on all sides- The protector has a raised appearance and feel from the actual screen, which is probably why it is so easy to chip along the edgesThis was my first and last time purchasing a GadgetGuard product. I never had these kinds of issues with TechArmor protectors I've purchased in the past, so I will be returning to that brand when this one inevitably shatters again.

Bubbles on the edges, not a good fit for s10e
Damn near impossible to line up properly, ever so annoyingly too small for my s10e screen as the black lines on the edges cut off the screen a bit, and the very edges of the screen protector have a thin bubble line. I can imagine there will be dust particles and hair getting stuck in the side easily. Every corner of the screen protector has a small bubble that won't flatten out. Also its tracking my touch strangely like I'm using Swype functions but I'm not. I'm only giving 2 stars because the middle part of the protector actually seems like it'll protect against cracks because the protector is thick. Will be looking for a better fitting protector.
