IKN Xylophone Bells Mallets/Sticks with Different Hard,Set of 4 Pairs

For what it is and in comparison to what's available, and after reading review issues, -- I expect it to be fine, e.g., brass heads are physically screwed on (not pictured) and that is/seems to be a rubber padding (I expect for wood expansion/drying). I love the sound versus the other options. I see no reason to get other than this, -- again, good value.

Great mallets specially for beginners. Has soft rubber mallets for marimba and vibraphone. Hard plastic mallets for xylophone and bells and glockenspiel. Other extra hard plastic for xylo. Glock. And bells. And brass mallets for Glock. And bells. Fair warning the head for plastic and especially for brass mallets will fall off after a while. It’s jothing a little hot glue can’t fix mine fell off and BAM good as new. Also the little black sleeve for the brass mallets fall of no big problem though.

This is a great assortment tht produce a wide variety of sounds.

They are cheap mallets but work just fine. I bought for use in a volunteer orchestra and they served our needs fine

Arrived earlier than expected & were well protected from any damage. These were an excellent purchase!

Well made inexpensive beginner mallets. Good quality for the money, sufficient for beginners or only periodic use.

I don't know if I should've bought plastic mallets instead, but these mallets put tiny dings in my glockenspiel keys. My glock is cheap, so I'm not bothered. It may have been my own fault...maybe everyone else knows not to use brass mallets? Oh well.The quality of the sticks themselves isn't that nice. Cheap moulding, shoddy-looking glue job where the heads are attached. Passable.

these mallets had enormous heads that did not match the description. i can hardly hear them on ANYTHING. i've tried maribas, xylophones, they are even quiet on drums! would not purchase again.

I ordered super softs, but although the packaging arrived showing the correct product code, the beaters are made of harder nylon than I expected.Reasonable quality though.

These turned out to be hard head mallets and NOT soft. But they are well made.
