Looks pretty!
This is a pretty star! It is a bit on the heavy side so we just folded the top branch before placing it on top and it held well. The wire is a good enough length that I didn’t need an extension cord for my 7.5 foot Christmas tree. The bulbs are a warm yellow color and it makes the tree look more “cozy” and traditional. The size is perfect, not small nor overbearing. No regrets!

This is gorgeous on the tree. I needed a new one since my last one wouldn’t stay on well. My fake tree has unusual needles that make it hard for a lot of tree toppers to grab on correctly and this one worked well.I do wish the lights were not incandescent and were led instead since it’s so energy saving and they last longer but this one little tree topper isn’t that big of a deal.

Gorgeous but does not stay on and is heavy
It is so pretty and I want it to work so bad. My first issue is it’s heavy. I got past that with stuffing branches in the star, not the coil. I also wrapped the excess cord in the tree to anchor the weight. However, it keeps turning off. Then on. All other electrical is fine.

Small and dirty
Beware, the topper is very small. It said 10” but at all points it’s measuring 8”, looking so small on a 6ft tree. For $40, it’s such a disappointment. The fake metal around it is so dirty and cheap as well. It’s plastic. Save yourself money and look elsewhere

Cute, accurately described, long cord
This does plug in, and the cord is long. My tree doesn’t have a plug for the light but the cord is long enough to reach my outlet. I love it! It’s so simple and cute!

Beautiful star
I love it. Absolutely gorgeous. Wasn't sure by some of the comments if it'd be the right one for me, but as someone who puts my tree in a corner, this star works beautifully. If you view your tree from multiple angles, though, I wouldn't recommend it. Also, the star doesn't sit on top, you more or less affix it to the treetop.

Pretty but not useable in the UK and shouldn’t be available.
Item looks nice but is NOT suitable for UK power. It comes fitted with a US plug and will not run off uk mains as the voltage is so much higher.
