I use this to file the agreements and paperwork that come with a new credit card. I like that the bottom expands too because some of these envelopes can be pretty thick. I wish it didn’t have that main box thing, but maybe it’ll come in handy someday. At this price I haven’t found another one with the expanding bottom so this is a great product.

What we like about this file folder is that it really does expand. The bottoms of the pockets are not fixed, as they are in some accordian folders. What irritates my husband is having to wrestle with the cover to hold it open when he's trying to insert or remove the receipts that we file.

I bought two of these to file business receipts. I bought them on Amazon because I was too lazy to search local stores for another folder like the one my partner bought. That folder had preprinted month labels that could be inserted in transparent holders. I did that in a couple of minutes. The labels were enclosed in transparent plastic. No amount of handling would smudge them.The labels for these folders had to be handlettered on paper stick-um tabs, which then had to be carefully lifted off the underlaying paper and pasted on the clear plastic dividers of the envelope. It's a hot humid day here in Honolulu and some of the tabs smudged as I was applying them to the clear plastic. The application was tricky and some of the tabs are crooked.This is NOT the best way to label file folders. The labels were a lot of frustrating work to apply and they are going to get grimy. Would not buy again.

I love to rubber stamp and when taking the travel trailer out for trips, I'll bring along stamped images that I color in with my Copic markers. I have multiples of these organizers to hold my stamped images while traveling. While I haven't used this particular one for very long, it's very similar to one I've used for years. I just had too many for the other one, so I purchased more. Now I can sort by type of image (cat, dog, Xmas, etc).

Seems well built. I'm going to use this for my vehicles paperwork and other things I need while driving. (stamps / envelopes etc)

Last year, we started keeping our receipts in a very nice (and pretty expensive) accordion file from the Container Store. So far (it's mid-February), I like this accordion file just as much. I will change my review if that should change, but for now, 5 stars! It's easy to open, easy to close, and the accompanying labels were easy to use with a fine-tipped permanent marker.

In fact I couldn't do it and had to bring my wife and her smaller fingers into the act. Even she complained how hard it was. I much prefer organizers with holders that the labels slide into.

It’s good deal, there are enough pockets to put my file.
