These work well on your soles. However, they do not stay on your heels when cut to fit. I even used Gorilla glue to keep them in place and they still came off.

These worked for your basic traction, but when I started dancing they slid 1/2 off. Not sure you can find a product that would stay on with heavier use, this is my first try with this kind of product.
