I absolutely love this, over any base colour is amazing, but honestly, the darker the base the better, over black I could see blues, purples greens reflecting, over white I could see pinks, pale blues and pale greens reflecting on it, over red I could see pinks and purples over it. So I never tried bright colours but I bet they would look amazing aswell, over black tho is absolutely stunning, you don't really need much more than this to make your general nail polish look like a completely different polish

This is the third galaxy colour that I've bought and it's stunning. Looks great wearing over a darker gel polish, like Bluesky Black pool colour. Perfect for this time of year 🍂

There are so many negative reviews for this product claiming it is false advertising as the picture shows the polish over a black base.1) iridescent ‘glitter’ (though it is not actual glitter at all) polishes will always have a clear base as any pigment will cover the effect.2) if anyone bothered to read the description, they will see the instructions state you need to use this over a (preferably) black base to achieve the full beauty.I only have twilight zone from this range so far but it is truly stunning. I’ll be purchasing the others soon! One thin coat is enough to distribute the pigments across the nail sparsely but enough for it to look gorgeous! There is a real shift in the colours and I do believe you could use these over any colour base, but would compliment similar base colours of the tones in the ‘glitter’ itself best.Natural and direct is always best for holographic, iridescent and multi-chrome effects so pictures will really not show the true beauty of these!Highly recommend!

It’s really pretty, but it is much more subtle than it looks picture, but it’s nice

Having recently started doing my own gel nails at home I purchased this to brighten up black polish. The colour pigment is outstanding and looks beautiful when the light catches it. It really does look like the galaxy.

Galaxy 08 is a fantastic greeny blue shimmer and looks fantastic over black polish. It is designed to go over another colour and not designed to be worn alone. The colour (when worn over black) changes in different lights. It can almost look black with shimmer in low light. Next to green brings out the green more . But in other lights it looks like a deep navy with bluer sparkles. Hope this is useful! This is great polish I highly recommend it for the winter.
