This item is good, I love the height on it as I am 5'9. It is definitely not meant for heavy punching. More so for hand and eye coordination and a little work out. Wish the middle base was a little stronger so just a little more punching power can be applied. Overall it is a awesome item. Nice of the seller to provide a hand air pumo but I highly suggest a small electric air pump or you will build muscle just blowing up the thing, i think it took literally 1000 pumps lol 😆. Can be used with or without gloves. Wish the price was a little cheaper though. Would have loved it more if it was like $15-$20max. 😏

No joke, This got me through watching the RNC... And I learned that I have a pretty awesome left hook! I am 6ft tall and it’s just tall enough to be comfortable to practice/exercise with. They say to fill it up with 14 liters of water, but I only filled mine with about 6 liters and ended up propping it next to an ottoman so it wouldn’t topple over with every punch.So far it’s been cat proof, but I think that’s because mine are afraid of it. I’ll update my review if it ever pops!

Took way more time than expected to pump it up. The instructions on how to pump it up could have been more clear. Other than that kids are enjoying it and I’m pleased with how once filled with water At the bottom it doesn’t tip over easily. I would but it again.

Great for kids, definitely not for adults. Seems sturdy and well made. Giving 4 stars because the pump is silly, took forever. I do appreciate that they included one though.

It's a good "tool " for taekwondo practice. Using the air pump was harder for the top part, but overall, it was manageable.

You have to put sand in the bottom or it's pointless.

I would definitely give it more stars if it wouldn’t wobble all round ! I have tried filling it to the max and even half even .. nothing helps. It isn’t useful if it won’t stay steady to practice kicks and punches for Taekwando 😕
