I just got mine. I would say it is a very nice piece for the price. It is preassembled. The picture doesn't show a vertical sign board that glues to the side of the building (Check google for a pic of it.) It also comes with a small sign to stand in front of the building, some round "things" that are for sitting on out front, and a telephone booth. There are some decals with Japanese and English signage to put on top, on the vertical signboard, and the one out front. It seems that it would be easy to paint if you want to customize it. The bottom snaps off in case you want to install lighting or figures. As someone else said, the tabs felt like they could easily break while taking the bottom off, so go slow and have patience. There are no floors except for the ground floor. So you'd have to install something if you want to light floors independently. Like I said, it's a good product for the price.
