CCFW Floral Printed Open Front Drape Cardigan Scarf Vest

This is really nice and flowy scarf vest . I have also got so many compliments on it.. it just goes so well with any plain dress or leggings and a simple top, etc! Must have fashion for fall!

I am not taking this out of the plastic. The fabric has shiny tiny silver dots making striping throughout the fabric. I opened the shipping bag and silver was glaring at me. Nowhere did it say anything about silver all over the fabric. It said blue.

This item looked even better than I expected. Great quality for the price
