They are round as opposed to semi flat that the original equipment ones. Works better. I now prefer them.

Works well, wish there were a larger size
I am a relatively new hearing-aid wearer. These are the same as extra domes that were provided with my aids. I think a slightly larger size would work better in my ears, but there doesn't seem to be any such product. I am still trying to figure out when the right time is to replace these. It appears that my aids work their way out of my ears more readily as they wear out, but I feel like it is guess work whether it is time to replace them or not.

These are VERY comfortable domes. Fit perfectly on my Widex hearing aids. These are so comfortable I forget I am wearing my hearing aids.
