Love the idea that it is dual purpose: smoker and vacuum sealer. Gun is made of quality material and included in package is all I require without lots of extras I would not want to store and most likely never use. Like more than one smoke level and convenient removable large heat chamber for cleaning.

The Smoking Gun was extremely easy to operate. The wood chips lit quickly and the smoke did an amazing job with both our drinks and Salmon Steaks. I did not expect the smoke to penetrate the drinks or Salmon as well as it did. The smoke flavor is authentic (no artificial liquid smoke taste). The Salmon tasted as if it was cooked on a Cedar Plank over an open fire (it was cooked in an oven). The smoke took a cheap bourbon and made it taste like a top of the line bourbon so smooth and with the perfect hint of smoke. Bottom line...The JoChef Smoke Gun performs above and beyond my expectations.

Smoking Gun is very simple to use, does a great job of imparting just the right amount of flavor to drinks/food. Only complaint is the amount of smoke put out from the unit- we definitely need to keep the stove fan on during use! This is not a deal-breaker at all, however. We genuinely like the Smoking Gun so far!

I'm working as bartender and Jo Chef Smoking Gun is so useful because of his 3 different blow levels and charge life is so good with one full charging it works for 2 weeks minimum.

I am new to smoking and I am enjoying the creative freedom this gives me to try some new vegetarian dishes.
