Update: Jan 14,2019Contacted owner with no response.Bator began acting up at tail end of first hatch, asked seller to assist... nothingWe loaded our second batch...Machine just shut down completely.Emailed seller.. he then responded bc I had lost 25 eggs!Said to try another power cord.Didnt work..Trying to get a replacement as we just recieved this machine nov 29 of 2018!!Will let u kno if seller assists further.

the instruction manual is a copy of a copy in black and white so it's difficult to read and the print is so small I have to use a magnifying lens. The instructions themselves are very unfair to it talks about water to the reservoir but they don't tell you what or where the reservoir is. also it's got a lot of technical information but no real how to in the book as far as the machine I can't possibly write it because I can't get the alarm to stop going off every 2 seconds

We We had a power cut and the encubator stopped working I want to know if it can be repaired

Factory set temp is not correct. Temp is not in a Fahrenheit setting not the best product. I'll be buying a different one as soon as I can.

chicks hatched and fell down the sides under the floor of Incubator. NOT GOOD!! I had to take the floor up and get the chicks out from under the floor. Which means I had to take the new born chicks out put in a warm place and remove the unhatched eggs out to do this. I wish I could send it back !!!!!!!!!!

Were incubated I bought I put quail eggs end when the egg hatched baby 🐣 gat stuck the incibater and 2 of then fall in to the water and died do not buy this please save your baby birds
