Great way to strengthen and tone the glutes and thighs

I bought these as I wanted to be able to strengthen my glutes and hips when I'm travelling and not near a gym. These are a great way to strengthen and tone them.The bands come in three strengths and in a handy carry bag with a exercise card with different exercises which would be super useful if you've not used them before.The different strengths and sizes are all great and well made - I can see them lasting a long time!Recommended if you're looking for some exercise loops to help strengthen your hips and glutes!

Good quality resistance bands

These bands of of great quality. Perfect for the home exercises to tone up the legs, hip area. I can actually feel the effect of it after using it for last few days. Very Sturdy

Right off the bat, I'll say not for the lightweights. They are pretty strong bands and you need to put the work in to get the benefit of them, I've only been using them for a few days but already I'm feeling better in myself. These are definitely worth buying if you're committed. Not only can you use them on your calf muscles but you can use them on the thighs too, which in turn will help you butt and your tummy, give them a try you won't regret it

Stronger muscles with a strong product.

I have meniscus problem and I purchased this item to strengthen my tights according to my doctor's advise. I tried all the exercises that are shown in the guide provided and I can tell you that these bands amplify the effect of the exercise as twice. You can feel the tension on your muscles significantly. Beside that you can increase the level by using different sizes of these bands. The fabric has a soft but strong texture as well.

They are so strong.

Handy pack to carry all 3 bands, 3 different sizes, they are so strong and you really feel the pull on your muscles. You can see me in the photo and I can tell you that hurts, if you want to tone up then these work. They are very well made and the stitching is really strong. Just perfect for taking out and using anytime. Great product.

Portable Practice

This is ideal for a workout on the go. The elastic is woven in to the cotton so no pinch on the skin and will actually absorb sweat so no chaffing.Small medium and large is more to do with resistance strength than body size. Smaller will give more of a workout. Carry case and exercise guide are welcome extras, really happy with this pack!

Strong and wide

The best birthday present ever. I bought it for my best friend and she is over the moon. She had some very thin one but that one are very strong. They're very wide and they do not slip off. She said that usually after thin one she had a marks on her tights but NOT ANYMORE ! She is so impressed with them that probably I will need to order for myself ;)
