Great quality. I like that is low in mg. 350 is a little too much for me but it does help me focus and clears my mind. It does not help memory recall, it just brings clarity. lifts brain fog. I'm sensitive to the cholines but this one is effective when I want to come across clearly. Great quality feel to stay focused when doing an activity being work or being active. and then do another pill after after a few hours to stay on task while doing activity (not so great for memorizing for me at all as I tend to read a lot and this does not help to see what I just read).I tried some other brand at 650 mg and it was not even half the potency of this one, and my brain got tangled up because of those companies' low quality. I'll stick with this one when I need mind clarity.

Definitely will be buying again I’ve taken this all throughout my pregnancy and it’s worked great so far no stomach issues at all (pregnant women need about 450mg of choline a day) it doesn’t taste like anything especially when you have it with juice

All the supplements that I purchase are from Solgar because they are the top supplement brand in the industry. I originally purchased it for my PCOS and because I don’t have a gallbladder to help filter out oils and such. But it has helped with so much more than because I’ve my stomach area has went down tremendously, no more brain fog, increased focus, and energy. Now everyone in my family takes it including my GMa who has memory issues. It also helps my children focus during class.

I've always liked gum vitamins, but unfortunately I still haven't found a prenatal one that I liked. I really like this brand and all the vitamins I've ever had from it were delicious, but this one, unfortunately, tastes like tuna. The amount of Omega 3 is nutritionally ridiculous, any pregnant woman will need to take extra capsules separately so I don't think it makes sense to spoil the flavor for so little fish oil. I'll make an effort to consume this pot, but I won't buy it again.

Citocoline, or choline, helps me with memory. I tried Prevagen, and it didn't do anything for me. After reading in about choline in Consumer Reports on Health and checking with a couple of other reputable sources, I decided to try it out. The results have been positive for me; can't say this will work for everyone. Bonus--this comes in a glass bottle, NOT PLASTIC! So no microplastics floating around in your gut (well, at least not from this product).

I switched to this after trying another brand. Much more affordable, easy on the stomach and one gets the great benefits of Choline for the baby.

Choline can be had from beef and chicken liver and from salmon. But, I confess, I don't eat liver and my salmon consumption is only once every 7-10 days and I don't know if that's sufficient. These choline capsules are easy to swallow and guarantee the need is met.

Took a while for delivery. This is required in the recipe for my pets.Some people believe they can just toss meat together, but thatis not healthy. I'm rating it a three star because of the time it took to be delivered.
