Arrived quickly. Was fairly easy to set up, however one of the screws to fix the base to the upright wasn't quite aligned and took some persuading to go in. Also needed to get some bolts to fix the mounting panel to my Philips TV as the ones which came with the stand wouldn't fit. Apart from those two niggles, the stand is very sturdy and the height adjustable shelf seems solid and capable. A much cheaper alternative to mounting the TV on the wall, plus the TV can be moved around to a new position if desired without leaving nasty holes in the wall.
