Very well written a good theory presentation. A lot of the author's personal experience can be off putting but this author does a good job of summing up and handing the next step back to the reader.

Wonderful, updated synopsis of the original 2007 Theory U. Scharmer is a model for anticipating creatively a massively challenging future for our planet. Have used his U-model for years in a dynamiting contemplative social process.

This material interests me because I saw a different view of communication and participation in groups. Mr. Scharmer and his colleagues promote an educational system, U-lab 2020 that has students all over the world. Thebook introduced me to the concepts promoted.

Thank you Otto Scharmer for writing this brilliantly constructed "easy read" for the practice of Theory U. I have read the original Theory U twice, and in parts, several times. I consider this concise version a gift and I am profoundly grateful.

I have been curious about Theory U for a while but struggled with understanding while reading about it in previous books. This book allowed me to experience many “aha” moments. I have recommended this book to many of my colleagues. It’s worth the read.

Well written, easy to understand. There’sa LOT more detail in the larger book about Theory U but this is much more accessible.

I bought this book as a requirement for my doctorate degree; not a difficult read.
