I have been using the Enzymatrix Digestive Enyzmes for 9 months at the point of writing this review. I initially bought them for three reasons. I had lost 130lbs and was coming off of all medications as I was going through the weigh loss process. The last to go was Omeprazole for GERD. On top of that I am lactose intolerant and have never been good with taking lactase supplements when I would need them. The third reason was that I had been making weight lifting more of a priority in my workout routine and my intake of protein was up significantly. I had read that Protease was essential in making sure I was taking advantage of the additional protein I was ingesting. The results so far...I ran out of these about two weeks ago and figured I would wait and order them during my next big order. During that time without it, I ended up having to take the omeprazole two days during that time period and had a significant increase in gas and odor. This lessened significantly once I started taking them again and my wife would be the first to tell you about it. As a control, I am on a very strict and consistent diet, so I felt like I could pinpoint the difference once I reintegrated this formula back into my diet. Regarding the protein situation - I just don't know. There is no way for me to measure what my body is processing and what it is not. I can't point to any one factor and say that my results were due to it. But for me this is a great all-in-one formula. I researched the ingredients I wanted in a product and weighed that against the cost. This was my choice and I have seen the results to justify continue using the Enzymatrix Complete Digestive Formula.

I thought this product was gluten free and non GMG but I found out it wasn't either when I got it. My papaya enzymes are doing just as good a job.

This product is better than I used other Enzy products, such multi-enzy. The only issue for me is that capsule. My stomac fit pills better.

I used this entire bottle as directed, had no side effects but also no results. I didn't notice a change in anything, honestly. Some people complained of getting gas, which I did not have.I noticed that I was getting belly bloat halfway through the day no matter what I ate and was hoping this product would lessen the bloat but it did not. It was, however, packaged well and arrived on time. I am giving two stars for the packaging and the lack of negative side effects. I just wish I had some results.

I wanted to give this product atleast a 2 week try before writing my review to compare it to Ultimate Digest, Papaya Enzymes from GNC and Green Papaya from Z Naturals store. I eat for my blood type and have a lot of digestive problems when I want to venture off the path and end up paying for it with major digestive problems. If I eat chicken or something I shouldn't i can still feel it literally 8-10 hrs later and feel sluggish, yucky of the sorts. I basically live off of digestive supplements, so when I got this I was curious to see if I could add in another brand to my supplements as I do like to switch it up or my body becomes to adapted to the same products and therefore doesn't work as well. Well Happy to say, this can be another option for me. I would say it's in my top 3 now. I can venture off the eating path or eat my fruits and chia seeds before bed, and when I take this, it helps me to digest it much faster as where I don't feel as if it's trying to make it's way back up my stomach. The price is not bad, though I have to take it with my largest meals so it's usually 2-3 times a day, but it does seem to help my after workout whey protein shakes digest smoother. All in all it's a pretty good buy and cheaper than my Ultimate Digest, with just a fewer less ingredients and beneftis, which most people wouldn't be affected by. It's not something you need to take with every meal unless you know you're going to eat something you have issues digesting or constant digestive problems.

I am lactose intolerant, have problems of varying degrees with beans, carbs, animal fats, some fruit and vegetables, as well as proteins and sugars. I have taken Lactaid, Beano, Papaya Enzyme, and many other digestive enzymes over the years. I am very grateful for these supplements. Just reading the reviews from others made me want to try these type of products(PROBIOTICS, ENZYMES, GLUTEN FREE, ORGANIC, AND NON-GMO PRODUCTS, ........and I have to say that I am getting FAST RESULTS. my bloating has decreased significantly along with years of SEVERE constipation. It is very odd that I ALSO NOTICED THAT I WOULD GET HUNGARY at meal times, like a normal person, LOL,......... I am, intellectually, guessing that it is because these digestive enzymes are working. they are sucking up nutrients in the digestive tract like they are suppose to do ....AND TURNING IT INTO promote energy.....in the digestive process. THE ONSET OF low energy, extreme bloating, serious fatigue always KICKED IN RIGHT AFTER snacking or mealtime........ Always! I TRULY felt TOXIC ALL OF THE TIME AND THE BRAIN FOG ALONE THAT A woman my age was experiencing WHEN EATING WERE OFF THE CHARTS..... I highly recommend this product.

So far I cannot tell any difference with this product. Will continue taking it to be sure.
