I enjoy this Olli salami it's one of my favorites
I enjoy this Olli salami it's one of my favorites, in this brand, the Calabrese is my favorite but this is equally deliciou, it's just not spicy. I love the way the fat is marble nicely and that they actually take care of the meat, so they used they do an excellent job. I have givend this brand to Italian friends and I they think it's delicious.

great salami- use it on eveything
This is high quality and we use it on pizzas ,bagels, crackers and cheese, almost anything. It is delicious. Will buy again.

Fantastic Salami
I was attracted to this salami because it was organic. The pigs are pasture raised, fed an all-vegetarian feed, are antibiotic-free and never fed animal by-products. I love the taste and texture of this and their other salami.

Nothing special
This did not have good salami flavor. Hard like a rock and really hard to slice, even with a great knife.

meh. It was OK. A pretty strong flavor, which is generally good, but there was a hint of sourness to it, so not the greatest, but better than any lower grade salami

I tried various brands of artisan salami and the Olli brand was by far the best- it wasn't even close.
OK, so I went on a kick and tried a bunch of different artisan salami and salumi. such as Olli, Creminelli, Columbus, etc.The Olli brand was the best, and I'm telling you it isn't even close. It is TWICE as good as the others, it's really night and day. Not only are the spices and seasonings perfect, but the higher quality of the pork really allows that subtle pork flavor to come through. Also, the others were all MUCH greasier than the Olli brand.My favorite is the Calabresi spicy salami, which isn't always available on Amazon but can be found at whole foods.
