Update ~ My cord got cut open through no fault of the cord itself... while it is 12 gauge, it is not the standard 12-33 insulated wires with ground, it has insulated power, neutral and groundGoing by industry standards, This is a 12-2 with ground12-3: designation signifies a 12-gauge cable with three insulated conductors (e.g., two hot and one neutral). It also includes a separate bare or green grounding wire.12-2: would indicate a 12-gauge cable with two insulated conductors (typically hot and neutral), also with a bare or green grounding wire.Original review ; No problems found and lowest price I've seen on 12/3 cords.
