The website for the templates is not functioning, how else can I print or is there a newer website?

I did not use the website. I have a caligraphy pen and I used that to write in recipients names. I would think there would be a similar template in WORD that might be used, just use plain paper to align first. Good luck!

How do I fill in the blanks ? I don’t want to use pen?

I did mine on the inkjet printer with Publisher. It looked great! My handwriting is horrible. It takes some playing around to get it to be on the lines.

There is in the newer systems. You probably can find in the older running word programs but will have to make some adjustments for perfect lining. I would do some test runs on blank sheet of paper even on a simple word or open office and just align with certificate. Once it aligns perfectly you are good to then use the certs for printing. I hand wrote!
