This is my #1 recommendation for a breakfast food!!!! This is a better choice than other sweet breakfast foods. I “treat” myself to pancakes several times a week now. I can make them in less than 5 mins, including prep and clean up. One 1/4cup pancake (half a serving) is only 90 calories. They are DELISH! It feels like a splurge because they are the best tasting pancakes I’ve ever had, so they actually help me skip other junk food because I feel satisfied. My highest recommendation for tasty and nutritious!

A friend gifted me a personal size waffle maker. I haven't eaten them in years, but tried this waffle mix. Waffles are now on my menu at least once a week because of this mix. The whole wheat is SO much more flavorful. I add blueberries and/or cranberries to the batter, and WOW! This product is now a regular on my grocery list. I never eat pancakes anymore because my whole-grain pancakes tend to be dry but this mix produces a light and delicious pancake. I can make one or many and it takes two minutes. It's helping me to get my whole grains in at breakfast and they taste wonderful!

We have used Kodiak Cakes for quite awhile and they make amazing waffles and pancakes. The reason I am writing this review is that when I opened my Amazon box yesterday along with the Kodiak Cakes was my billing slip. Someone had taken the time to write on it with a heart “stay safe”. Not only wonderful product but sensitive and caring customer service. We are customers for life!

I've been wanting to try this brand for a while. A few batches got stuck to the pan, but I think it was due to the pan I was using and not the actual product itself. It is a little bland, but you can add anything to your liking to personalize.

Love this mix. Easy to use since you only add water. Love that they are whole grain.

Love Kodiak cakes! Healthy, tasty and so many uses. Not just for pancakes although pancakes are yummy but you can also bake muffins or waffles with this mix too. And the great thing is if you dont have eggs and milk on hand you can make it with just water as it had all the ingredients in the mix already.
