Remmington Oil & Action Cleaner, 10 oz

Works fine for cleaning, not so much for lubrication as Rem Oil is thin and evaporates quickly. I'm still not really sure what to do with the action cleaner, I feel like it's not really doing anything the Rem Oil doesn't. But then again I don't have any grease on my weapons...I could see it being good for the initial 'just got it home from the store' cleaning or if you do use grease as a lubricant as some rifles demand.

I like the Rem Oil product as a CLR - it kind of dries and does not leave any oil to collect dirt. I still use a light coat of gun oil for moving parts. The Rem Action Cleaner is a good degreaser. It is a thin liquid and gets into every nook and cranny. It is under high pressure, so make sure you are not working on top of your wife's favorite piece of furniture. It tends to go everywhere. I will buy both these products again.

I've been a Rem oil fan for many years. I use these products with excellent results on all my guns. I also love the Rem oil wipes. They're great for a quick wipe down of my daily carry weapon.

I use this mainly for cleaning dies and for cleaning of firearms. Works great for my uses and for oiling I use other products.

Product itself is great. Spray is not - most applications need micro quantities and pinpoint application, neither of which is possible with spray can. Would not buy again (but I did buy bulk Remington products).

Works good for getting the big stuff. Rem oil is great but the cleaner is lacking. I ended up using hoppes 9 as the main cleaner and then sprayed the gun with the action cleaner to get off any crap I scraped loose. Overall, hoppes is better but this is still a good product.

This product came highly recommended by my gun smith. It is a good product as far as that goes but kudos to the seller for prompt delivery and accurate advertising.

Come on now, this is Remington! They only make great products including there lubricants. Great buy!
