The white charging wire was in my backpack, the lighting cable connector broke the first day, somehow the tip snapped off. There's not too much flex in the cables either but with my new cables the charging blocks both work great.

This adapter is true to its word. Rapid charging is what it does. No more waiting hours to charge my seeming less never ending battle of a dead battery on my IPhone. It only takes a a few minutes to get my battery charged over 50%. If I actually have a few extra minutes and can let my phone stay on the charger for 30 minutes or more, I basically have a full charge. Highly recommended and you can’t beat the price.

The product is great. It works like it says it’s supposed to. My problem is, it says I was supposed to receive a black charging box and cord, and a white charging box and cord... I only received the black charging box and cord. So reliability of this seller so far is poor. I messaged several days ago when I received the partial product, still no response.

Item arrived on time and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Lightening fast charging when I forget to charge my phone before work.

This thing is all about a fast charge. Going on a couple months and still works lime a charm.

The product is being used by my 11 yo. So far it is holding up
