This has helped me a lot with my hashimoto's autoimmune disease! Love this product! It really shows how much it helps when bloodwork is took! Pill is small and easy to take!

I use many of the Pure Encapsulations products. I was introduced to it by my chiropractor and I trust the brand. It is 3rd party independently tested for purity and dosage. I was a bit surprised to find that the selenium has a strong odor (it's stinky), so I called the company and verified that selenium does have a stinky odor due to the natural sulfur in the product. This is normal.

I just start taking this item. The cost of another item I use to use got too expensive. I found to the same things as the other one for a better price.

Make sure you only take these for a short period, only once or twice a week. Very high doses can cause hair loss. Wish there was a lower dose option

My thyroid levels stabilize and I was taken off my thyroid meds. So I’m giving this 5 stars.
