These rings are great if you're looking for something to wear instead of a metal band. I don't know what everyone else who writes reviews for these is smoking, they fit true to size. I ordered both my known ring size and one size up, and ended up sending the other size back. Note that if you have to exchange the rings, ROQ will contact you direct and you can mail them back for about a dollar, so don't waste your time with Amazon. The guy is really cool, responds to emails quickly, and I had an exchanged order in about 2 days. Definitely recommended!!
