This fits perfectly on the Welchy Allyn rectangular scope regular sized head. My kids think it is really funny! And I can get them to pose for a picture and see their eyes

TBH nobody really uses direct ophthalmoscopes anymore but everybody loves this when they see it. Great for pediatrics although it can be a distraction sometimes.
