i have try to and compare price and product from different quality.come accross IDOL PRO IP-3800 II is one of the best product from my research .i would recomment to the karaoke head .symply plug and play.. good quality sound for the $........wife love to sing on the weekend and entertaine friend and family make me a HERO.....

Unhappy customer cheated by idol pro company
After talking to their staff I send my kerioke Idol pro 3600 to them as it was not doing recording. After over 6 weeks the company called me said idol pro have no recording systems so they are sending upgrade idol 3900 ok I received that kerioke machine on Nov 20.on 21 night I called them and mention that call me 22 nd so we can walk through as I am going out of country on Friday 25 for 4 weeks & will back on 22 nd December . They never call me so today I called the lady talk to me on phone & said I can walk with you boy I said I have an Dr appointment I have to go now. So I am coming back in December 22 nd please call me after she refused it and started blaming me I told her it took nearly 7 weeks and u sold me the kerioke that has no recorded system and u treated me wrongly you should have not sold me that machine which has no recording system . It’s your fault you have cheated me . She replied you have to see your seller . Now I am very up set as spend nearly $ 3600.00 dollars and they have not help me out . Now I have to report to consumer about my issue and have to take Legal Action. I am sending this to company and I will call after 4 weeks as I am leaving country on Friday 25 th Nov I will request all the readers Do Not Buy Any Kerioke Machine from this vompant as they are not reliable at all . They took my money by giving the faculae information & after nearly 6 months they said idol pro 3600 have no recording programs . So do not buy from this company as they have cheated me I will fight till end . Thanks for reading this message
