I truly wonder if manufacturers actually have a clue as to the usefulness of the products they make and sell. I purchased this after buying my iPhone 11. This, like the previous batter pack I purchased for my then iPhone 6s (Mophie), is a product that makes sense: an external battery pack that's ALSO a protector. What both battery pack companies have failed to take into consideration is the fact that the pack itself obstructs the phone's internal antennae. The signal reception is absolute non-existent. Add the additional detriment that the pack is nearly impossible to remove once fitted, unless you risk pinching/squeezing/cracking the very tiny portion of the upper screen that's available to try and pull the phone out. Don't waste your money.

The battery exploded/expanded starting to push the phone out of its space!
This battery pack expanded to where the buttons don’t match up any more! The button themselves popped out this case out since the case didn’t align up any more! I’ve had this car for 2 months only because Apple didn’t have any! I won’t buy cheap again! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
