Awesome tool

I have no idea why I didn't order one of these a long time ago. They are compact, easy to use, and don't even hesitate to cut line. I have always used nail clippers and at times struggled, especially in wind, to get the line in the teeth and clip. I had no issues at all using this. I don't think I have ever been as happy with a fishing related purchase.

Handy little device !!!

I bought one of these a while back on Ebay and my fishing buddies kept borrowing them. I found them here on Amazon and ordered two for my friends as gifts. If you use lures they are a must when you change hooks .

What a piece of junk! Purchased these for an offshore fishing trip, and on the first day the handle split open and the metal part of the handle came through the plastic. These might be ok for really light weight split rings, but for any fairly heavy rings they are worthless.
