Q: Is this good enough to scrub kitchen floor tiles that are textured?

I wouldn't think so, I use it on slate tiles but just to sweep.

Q: Will this broom do a good job on laminate flooring?

Yes it does. Its slightly stiff but not to harsh. Gets in all the joins nicely. I've used mine on my floors including the front door welcome mat and it works great. Even on fake grass in the garden. Its a nice weight to handle also. Not heavy compared with some.

Q: Does it pick up hair well?

I haven't tried it on that particular job , as I don't have a dog/cat. Personally though I think it may be too soft & bristles too long for that task. I use it for cleaning my patio lock block with a special liquid that merely requires mild scrubbing. You'd be better off with a sticky roller for hair. Good luck 👍.
