Great customer service!
Awesome product and customer service! My car was broken into shortly after receiving the Watch and Roll for my daughter. During brake in the hook broke on one of the straps. I contacted Watch and Roll via email asking if I could just purcgase the strap and told them what had happened. They sent me out a new set of straps quickly and didn't charge me a penny! So thankful for their generosity! Traveling from MN to KY we definitely needed a distraction for my 2 year old.
