This price is a great addition to a North Pole village. Nice musics and lights. But the peices moving are squeaking and almost sound like they get stuck. It’s frustrating when you want just movement and lights, because you hear lots of annoying squeaking and clunking. But my item arrived with no damage or broken pieces.

I purchased this in Jan and the power cord is faulty. what can we do about this? Please get back to me, i hope their is something we can do to make this right.Thanks,Cyndi Sawyer

This is the second one we bought. The first we had to return. We have on a timer to come in with all our Christmas decorations, but after a few weeks this one started to make noise and has had issues with the tiny train cars falling off. It needs a stronger motor to handle all the moving parts

I loved the idea of adding this to our collection. It’s beautiful but did not turn on at all and latter where the elf stands is broken.... disappointing. Will look at local stores before ordering online again. Im sure it'd be awesome in person as in videos.

Sehr schönes Design. Die drei Wagons stürzten immer mal wieder ab. Heute dreht sich nichts mehr. Habe auch eine Bäckerei vor zwei Jahren gekauft, die bereits vor drei Wochen gerade noch in der Garantiezeit defekt ging. Ärgerlich. Wenn man bedenkt, dass man 10 Monate diese Artikel im Schrank verstaut und nur zwei Monate nutzt.Ich höre jetzt auf zu sammeln. Bin gespannt wie lange die anderen Artikel heißen. Der Verkäufer kann ja nichts dafür. Ist halt Made in China.
