Totally love this lunch bag! It's just roomy enough for me to pack breakfast, lunch, snacks and more. I do need to pack carefully, but most days, everything fits.All of the items in the picture fit into the lunch bag at once:Breakfast: 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup blueberries, 2 cups strawberries, nutsLunch: Frozen meal, extra veggies (peppers, onions, broccoli, cauliflower)Snacks: protein powder, cheese stick, celery, hummus.Add'l items: Utensils for 5 days, napkins, salt & pepper, vitamins, electrolyte mix & long strap to bag.Because the bag is not bulky when everything fits, and looks so stylish, I seem to be more apt to pack healthy meals & snacks and eat them. Not sure why, but the nice lunch bag has actually made me plan ahead. Love the extra pockets on both sides (one side has a flat pocket that would fit a cell phone or papers, the other side pops out a bit with a zipper and holds my utensils, salt/pepper, etc.). Seems very sturdy, and the straps, both long and short, make it easy to carry. The straps looked like leather to me when I bought it, but they are material, but again, seem quite sturdy. Highly recommend. :)

Lots of room and I love the longer handle. It’s perfect for carrying all of the things I need for my daily eating habits.

It’s really cute and fits so much food. But in my experience it doesn’t keep my food cold for very long even with an ice pack in it.
