My mother's doctor recommended this brand. I've been using for awhile. They seem to work well for me. Other capsules I've bought in past would work sometimes or work for awhile. These are worth trying. If you are looking for probiotic. They have capsules too.

My Doctor approved!
They are chewable and I REALLY needed them after antibiotics during surgery! My stomach and overall digestive track had completely lost all the good flora! I doubled up dosage for a week to return my tastes and normal digestion!
