So there were some missing parts but the seller was quick to make it right ! They actually went on and beyond to make it right for us. The kids are 2, 7 & 9 years old. My 9 year old can predominantly put it together herself. The 7 year old help quite a bit even though she's not really a builder. They all like to play on the finished project. So fun!!!

Shipping was faster than expected and the kids love playing on this. All of my friends have asked where I bought it so they can also buy for their kids. Unfortunately The box was missing a few pieces in it, two black connectors and a long tube. I can’t finish building the design in the catalogue that came with it.

This product has been an absolute hit with my 5 year old son. He is living his best life with his indoor play set. This product was overall very easy to put together by one's self and can be taken apart very easily as well. I love the fact that you can re-arrange the play set to create a new one. The booklet that comes with the set gives you instructions on various different ways to assemble the pieces.Now, this does come with a lot of parts and sadly I was missing a few upon arrival however, Rivky from Funphix's customer service was a ROCKSTAR and helped me get the parts that I was missing. There was no hassle and as soon as I was able to provide him with the information he needed, I received the missing pieces within a week.I liked it so much and Rivky made my experience even better with his SUPERB customer service, that I bought another set so I can build and even BIGGER climber for my baby.

Both kids, 5 and eighteen months, love it -- they climb, they "hide out," they slide -- all day long. It was easy to put together, sturdy, and it keeps them active and engaged. It's like having a playground indoors (which matters so much more these days). We had high hopes when we ordered it, but it has exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds.

I like this product expect we are missing 9 tube pieces and I cannot contact the manufacturer.

We got this for our grandson when he was 3 years old. He’s 5 now and still loves playing with it.

I actually bought this from another major seller that's a popular hardware store called the depot. Kids love it! Sturdy and has held up well over a year now. Purchase we have been very happy with! Great customer service too.
