What model is this? 06idor01e?

Yes, I got the new 2020 model, the description on Amazon is not updated.

Is it durable enough to have a medium size dog on it?

I would say yes with it protected from the getting scratched.

This pad does NOT have an r-value of 4.4. That would be for the insulated version of this pad. The regular Klymit Double V pad has an r-value of 1.6

Why the pictures show a different type of valve than the insulated one I received which has 2 valves, one for inflate and deflate?

Hello, We apologize for the mistake. The Insulated Double V has only ever been made with a Flat valve, with a port for inflation and deflation.
