Q: Please the case is not charging? I don't know what to do?

I had the same problem at first and then realized that the USB-C cord that came with it required a little more 'umph' when inserting it. I pressed it in harder and it 'snapped' in place, then the case started charging.

Q: Case is fully charge, but earphones won’t charge. How to charge my them?

You will need to clean the contact on the earbuds from my time to time. Mines has sweat and dust block it from getting contact with the case to charge.

Q: volume on the phone is at 100% but I can barely hear music. I've had them for a few months. I tried the factory reset but didn't help. Any ideas?

Go into your phone's "developer options" (Google how to do it for your Android phone) and disable "Absolute Volume". Some, but not all, Bluetooth sound devices actually use this setting to limit extreme volume to protect hearing. With this option disabled you should be able to use this, and other sound devices, to their full potential. -Dave
